we want to hear from you

We created his website to help reporters find information and contacts via our networks to strengthen reporting on human rights in Libya, and to ensure that local voices are heard.

Given the difficulties gaining access to Libya at present, finding powerful, relatable human stories can be especially challenging. Nevertheless, civil society actors may be able to facilitate access to information on specific topics. Furthermore, there are many talented fixers and local journalists working on the ground in Libya with a wide network of contacts who can help find stories which illustrate the human cost of the conflict. LFJL maintains a growing database of contacts for this purpose. If you are working on a story on Libya and are looking for information, please contact us.

If you are a local fixer, journalist, or member of a civil society organisation and would like to learn more about our network and connect with journalists, please contact us.
